seniors 9 am swam hour and half talked to Brian in tub, said hi to Trudy, Kenny, Toki, Melvin in gym. home noon hungry I had spicy chicken added faux crab delicious. I prepped strawberries, washed and slow cooked mushrooms. cutlet is tough. i'm eating excellent.
