the arthritis in my left hand is from a new pain below my left shoulder blade. today it's so painful.
1972 for 2 weeks i couldn't use my left arm after unaware i crushed my tailbone. i was in such strong condition my muscles kept everything in place. i was in the best condition of my life from dancing weekends 3-4 hours at sjsu warehouse. i wore a make shift sling from a scarf until the aching subsided.
it presents down my right arm and shoulder blade but it starts in my neck.
